Tammy is a Registered Clinical Social Worker in Alberta and Ontario. Tammy will help by coaching and counselling you to see your strengths and utilize EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, motivational interviewing, solution focused, CBT and a trauma-informed practice as her tools.
Tammy has twenty years of working with others. Tammy has developed skills working with children (6+) and youth, adults, parents, couples, seniors and Indigenous people.
Tammy is passionate about issues surrounding behavioural issues, caregivers, chronic pain, coping skills, depression, first responders, geriatric and seniors, life transitions, marital and premarital, mood disorders, obsessive-compulsive (OCD), peer relationships, school issues and women’s issues.
Tammy is available by appointment. She offers a free 15-minute consultation to prospective clients. Her services are covered by most insurance providers, and she provides direct billing options.
