Grounded in warmth and guided by an eclectic, human-centred approach.

“Ever since I can recall, I've been intrigued by the complexity of the human mind. My journey in psychology began as an undergraduate, where I delved into the foundational theories and the more I learned, the more I realized that psychology is not just a subject; it's a lens where we can understand ourselves and others.

I believe that every individual is unique, and there is no one-size-fits-all solution to psychological well-being.

My approach is deeply personalized, focusing on your specific needs, goals, and strengths. I work collaboratively with you to develop a tailored treatment plan that aligns with your values and aspirations.”

“Seeking professional help can feel intimidating, but it is also an incredibly brave step. As Brene Brown beautifully puts it, ‘Courage starts with showing up and letting ourselves be seen.’

In my years of practice, I have focused on supporting individuals dealing with depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, stress, self-esteem issues, relationship dynamics, life transitions, and more. I enjoy working with people from diverse backgrounds and provide culturally informed and competent care, including sessions in Turkish.

My approach to therapy is holistic and tailored to help you achieve your personal goals.”

Our logo symbolizes the therapeutic process—the unraveling of complex emotions, much like a ball of yarn being slowly untangled. Just as therapy allows individuals to explore their fears, feelings, and experiences layer by layer, the act of unrolling the yarn represents the gradual journey of self-discovery, healing, and understanding. This process mirrors the transformation our clients experience—moving from feeling overwhelmed and stuck to gaining clarity, resilience, and confidence in themselves and their future.
